Exchanges & Refunds Policy

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

• Submit request within a 7-day period of receiving your item 
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Once your request is approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Important Notes:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Custom made products are not eligible for return

In order to change or cancel your order, you need to contact us as soon as possible since all dispatched orders are not subjected to change or cancellation.
